Kevin Carroccia joined Hobson Associates in 2018, bringing with him 17 years of specialized experience in Healthcare Technology recruiting. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed more than 200 engagements spanning Commercial and Growth Leadership, Operations, Technology and Product Leadership, senior management searches, capital sourcing, and company formation.

A recognized subject matter expert in Digital Health & Revenue Cycle Management, Kevin has built a reputation for partnering with industry-leading organizations to develop world-class teams. His practice is sharply focused on high-impact sectors including Digital Health, Revenue Cycle Management, Population Health, and Healthcare Analytics.

Prior to Hobson, Kevin served at Ross and Company, a specialist executive search firm dedicated to the Healthcare sector and its adjacent markets, where he supported prominent private equity and venture capital sponsors across the United States.

Before Ross and Company, Kevin established the Digital Health and Healthcare Analytics practice at a well-regarded privately held recruiting firm — building it from the ground up and earning recognition for both client development and individual performance, including back-to-back ‘Consultant of the Year’ honors in 2015 and 2016.
